1. 적용 범위

본 방침은 Min Park(Asle)가 제공하는 크레용 과일 게임 앱과 이 앱을 소개·지원하기 위한 웹페이지에 적용됩니다. 앱은 계정 가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보

점수와 플레이 기록, 과일 도감, 도구·되돌리기 수량, 언어와 소리 설정은 게임 기능을 위해 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 운영자는 이 로컬 게임 데이터를 별도 사용자 계정 서버에 업로드하지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 해당 정보가 삭제될 수 있습니다.

3. 광고와 동의 관리

Google AdMob과 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)은 광고 제공, 빈도 조절, 성과 측정, 부정 사용 방지 및 동의 선택 저장을 위해 IP 주소, 대략적 위치, 앱·기기 식별자, 기기 및 앱 정보, 광고 노출·클릭·보상 이벤트와 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 실제 처리 항목은 지역, 기기 설정과 사용자의 동의 선택에 따라 달라집니다.

필요한 지역에서는 광고 요청 전에 UMP를 통해 선택 화면을 제공합니다. 개인화 광고를 위한 기기 광고 식별자가 필요한 경우에는 iOS의 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 권한도 광고 요청 전에 묻습니다. 거부해도 게임은 이용할 수 있으며, 광고는 사용 가능한 비개인화 또는 문맥 기반 방식으로 제한될 수 있습니다. 다시 선택할 수 있는 경우 앱 설정의 “개인정보 및 광고 설정”에서 변경할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 확인하세요.

4. 구매 및 구매 복원

광고 제거 상품을 구매하거나 복원할 때 Apple과 RevenueCat이 결제 처리, 구매 여부 확인, 복원 및 부정 사용 방지를 위해 거래 정보, 상품 정보와 익명 앱 사용자 식별자를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 구매한 기능을 제공하기 위해서만 사용되며 사용자 계정과 결합하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 Apple 개인정보 처리방침과 RevenueCat 개인정보 처리방침을 확인하세요.

5. 지원 웹페이지

게임은 앱에 포함된 네이티브 콘텐츠로 실행되며, Vercel에서 게임 화면을 전송받지 않습니다. 다만 이 소개·지원·개인정보 웹페이지는 Vercel을 통해 제공되므로 웹페이지 방문 시 IP 주소, 사용자 에이전트, 요청 시각과 URL 등의 일반적인 서버 로그가 처리될 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Vercel 개인정보처리방침을 확인하세요.

6. 문의와 사용자의 선택

문의 이메일을 보내면 답변에 필요한 이메일 주소와 문의 내용이 처리됩니다. 개인정보 관련 요청은 zooqzqz@gmail.com으로 보내주세요. 광고와 기기 식별자 관련 선택은 앱의 개인정보 설정 및 iOS의 개인정보 보호 설정에서도 관리할 수 있습니다.

7. 변경

앱 기능, 외부 서비스 또는 관련 요건이 바뀌면 본 방침을 업데이트하고 시행일을 변경합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 관련 페이지를 통해 알릴 수 있습니다.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Crayon Fruit Games app and its related product and support pages, operated by Min Park (Asle). The app does not require an account or sign-in.

2. Data stored on your device

Scores and run history, codex progress, tool and undo balances, language, and sound preferences are stored on your device. We do not upload this local game data to a separate user-account server. It may be removed when you delete the app.

3. Advertising and consent

Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform may process IP address, approximate location, app or device identifiers, app and device information, ad impressions, clicks, rewards, consent choices, and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads, control frequency, and prevent abuse. The actual data depends on your region, settings, and consent choices. Where required, the app requests consent before ads. When access to the advertising identifier is requested, the app also asks for iOS App Tracking Transparency permission before the first ad request. You can still play if you decline.

4. Purchases and restoration

When you buy or restore the ad-removal product, Apple and RevenueCat may process transaction and product information together with an anonymous app user identifier to complete the purchase, verify access, restore it, and prevent fraud. 5. Support website

The game runs as native content bundled with the app and is not delivered by Vercel. This product, support, and privacy website is hosted by Vercel, which may process standard server logs such as IP address, user agent, request time, and URL for reliability and security.
