1. 약관의 적용

본 약관은 크레용 과일 게임 앱과 관련 지원 페이지의 이용에 적용됩니다. 앱을 설치하거나 이용하면 본 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 앱 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.

2. 게임 이용

앱은 개인적이고 비상업적인 오락 목적으로 이용할 수 있습니다. 앱이나 그 자산을 복제·판매하거나, 정상적인 운영을 방해하거나, 기술적 보호 조치를 우회해서는 안 됩니다. 게임 기록은 기기에 저장되며 앱 삭제나 기기 환경 변경으로 사라질 수 있습니다.

3. 광고와 인앱 구매

무료 이용 중 배너, 전면 및 보상형 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 광고 제거 및 게임 도구 상품은 Apple App Store가 결제하는 일회성 비소모성 인앱 구매입니다. 결제, 환불 및 가족 공유 가능 여부에는 Apple의 약관과 정책이 적용됩니다. 앱의 “구매 복원”으로 같은 Apple 계정의 구매 권한을 다시 확인할 수 있습니다.

4. 지식재산권

앱의 코드, 원형 과일 그림, 크레용 스타일 UI, 문구와 기타 자산에 관한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 앱 이용 권한은 이러한 소유권을 이전하지 않습니다.

5. 서비스 변경과 책임 범위

운영자는 안정성, 정책 또는 제품 개선을 위해 기능을 수정하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 관련 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 앱은 현재 상태로 제공되며, 기기 손상이나 사용자의 로컬 기록 손실 등 간접 손해를 보장하지 않습니다. 소비자에게 법률상 보장되는 권리는 제한하지 않습니다.

1. Acceptance

These terms govern the Crayon Fruit Games app and related support pages. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Stop using the app if you do not agree.

2. Permitted use

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not copy or sell the app or its assets, disrupt normal operation, or bypass technical protections. Local game records may be lost when the app is deleted or the device environment changes.

3. Ads and in-app purchases

The free experience may show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Remove Ads & Game Tools is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple. Apple's terms and refund policies apply. Use Restore Purchases in the app to verify the entitlement again.

4. Ownership

The app's code, circular fruit illustrations, crayon-style UI, copy, and other assets belong to the operator or their lawful owners. Permission to use the app does not transfer ownership.

5. Changes and liability

Features may change or be discontinued for reliability, policy, or product improvements. To the extent allowed by law, the app is provided as available without liability for indirect loss, including loss of local records. Statutory consumer rights are not limited.
